2) Complete Health & Fitness Questionnaire Click Here

    • After selecting your plan, you will need to complete a Fitness & Health Questionnaire for us to get to know your general fitness and health history, learn about your individual needs, any injuries, your desired results and goals.  We will use the information you provide in your questionnaire to guide our discussion for your initial consultation call and to plan your first workout

3) Consultation Call Your Trainer Will Call You

    • Based upon the times you provided in your questionnaire your trainer will contact you via phone.  During this consultation, we will discuss you questionnaire, fitness and nutrition goals, lifestyle considerations and any other questions or concerns you may have.  We will also explain how our Fitness Program works and next steps.

4) After Your Consultation Call Your Workout Will Be Sent To Your Email

    • Your workout can be viewed on any desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone that has access to the Internet.  You will receive an easy to follow workout plan with a demo video link on each exercise that makes your program extremely easy to follow.  If you purchase the Jag Online Video Training Workout, your trainer will provide further instruction on setting up video training as well as schedule time for your session.

5) Your Personalized Plan⇒ Each Week You Will Receive A New Workout In Your Email.

(N/A To Jag Online Video & In Person Training Sessions.)

    •  You will receive your workouts, nutrition guidance and access to workout videos.  We will monitor your training progress, provide support and motivation, and give you constant and consistent feedback every step of the way.  At the end of each week, you will be asked to complete a  Weekly Check In to let us know your progress and help us determine if any changes or tweaks need to be made to your program.  Of course, we are also available during the week via text, email, phone call and, depending on your plan, video conferences if you have any questions or concerns about your plan.
