Personal training is for anyone that wants to drop fat, build muscle, increase endurance, and improve confidence.  We will work together to ensure you build your best mind, body, and spirit.  The truth to getting into great shape is a lot simpler than you think, and it can fit around family life, work and other commitments.

Our plans include a customized training program, a customized nutrition program, and a personal trainer by your side every step of the way.  Plans are based upon your current health, fitness experience, your ultimate goal, and available workout equipment and preferences.  Need more face to face options, we also offer individual video workouts  with our trainers.

Jag In Person Training

* Workout together with our trainer one-on-one in person training session - Location Bradenton, Fl 
*Includes consult on goals, health history, taking measurements and/or pictures and customizing workout.
* Your trainer is with you to ensure correct form to prevent injuries and make sure you are targeting the right muscles.
*Your trainer will encourage you by holding you accountable for scheduled training.  Training sessions subject to availability..
